Membrane Systems

Speed Screed Limited supply and install a number of systems using poythene membranes. Slip membrane from 500 gauge to Damp Proof Membranes at 1200 gauge and above. The 500 gauge performs separating layer rather than keeping moisture out, where as the 1200 and above ensure that no moisture is made available to the screed and floor coverings.
We also provide liquid damp proof membrane for moist substrates and screed where program dictates a solution is required to lay the floor coverings. Radon barriers are installed to prevent the effect of Radon entering the building by airflow.
